AnswerM Boutique ships to all 50 states in the U.S.A at this time.
Question How much does shipping cost?
AnswerShipping costs are directly calculated by the courier company. We do not add any additional charge for shipping & handling. Charges are calculated by weight and destination. All packages originate from Vero Beach, FL. If you want to avoid shipping charges all together, M Boutique offers free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Question Do I have to pay sales tax?
AnswerOnly orders placed in Florida will be charged a sales tax of 7%
Question I have not received my order, what can I do?

Question Can I return my order?
AnswerIf you are dissatisfied for any reason with your order from mboutiqueintl.com, we will gladly make an exchange or refund your money on unopened items within 30 days of your original receipt. Simply contact us HERE or call our customer service line at (855) 666-8850 and we can arrange with you to return the unused item(s) to us, specifying whether you’d like an exchange or a refund. We will promptly reship or refund your credit card. All sales are final on discontinued products.
Question How do I enter a delivery address?
AnswerWhen first creating your account you are asked to submit an address for delivery. If you would like to create and additional delivery address, selecting My Account in the upper left will take you a screen where you can choose My Addresses, and then choose Add a New Address.
Question Can I change the shipping address?
AnswerYes. By selecting My Account in the upper left will take you a screen where you can choose My Addresses, and then choose Add a New Address. It is easier to create the new address BEFORE trying to check out, that way you can just select it during the process.
Question How do I enter a billing address?
AnswerWhen first creating your account you are asked to submit a billing address. If you would like to create and additional billing address, selecting My Account in the upper left will take you a screen where you can choose My Addresses, and then choose Add a New Address.
Question Can i send an order as a gift?
AnswerOf course! On your account page just create the recipients address and select it during checkout. After placing your order, email customer service if you would like us to put a custom message in the package.
Question How do I get free shipping?
AnswerIf you spend at least $50 you qualify for free shipping.
